What does it cost?
No planning fee. Lodging is a nightly rate, taxes and fees included. Experiences are a total for the week. Tell us the dates and we send this month's rate.
What exactly is the surprise?
You tell us the dates, the group and the budget. We book the cabin and the days. What comes back is an envelope with one card per day. You open the card at breakfast. Anything you do not want, you tell us on the form and we steer around it.
Kids, strollers, grandparents?
Yes. Ash Cave is half a mile and paved. We build nap windows into the schedule and put one big day next to one easy day.
Dogs?
Say so on the form. Many cabins take dogs, and we only book the ones that do.
Weather and cancellations?
Every stay has a rain plan built in: the soak, the fireplace, a long lunch, an indoor tasting. Cancellation terms come with your quote.
How far is it?
About 1 hour from Columbus. 2 from Cincinnati. 3 from Cleveland or Pittsburgh.
